L(-)-Carnitine is mainly used to strengthen protein-based additives to promote the absorption and utilization of fat. Types D and DL have no nutritional value. The amount used is 70-90 mg/kg.
L(-)-Carnitine is mainly used to strengthen soybean-based baby foods and promote the absorption and utilization of fat. D-type and DL-type have no nutritional value. L(-)-Carnitine can be used in biscuits, liquids and milk beverages, in the amount of 600~3000mg/kg; in solid beverages, liquids and capsules, 250~600mg/kg; in milk powder, it is used in milk powder. 300 to 400 mg/kg; used in an infant formula of 70 to 90 mg/kg (1 g of tartrate is equivalent to 0.68 g of L-carnitine).
L(-)-Carnitine can promote fatty acid oxidation of mitochondria and achieve other biochemical functions, including acetyl buffer energy and maintaining sufficient concentration of coenzyme A in the mitochondria under anaerobic capacity, stimulating the cycle of tricarboxylic acid and Stimulates ATP from the mitochondria outwards under long-lasting muscle movement. Used for healthy growth of animals.
