Amikacin disulfate salt is produced by streptococcus. Kanamycin has three components A, B and C. The content of A and B is less than 5%, and the content of C is very little. It is A semi-synthetic aminoglycoside antibiotic, which introduces aminohydroxybutyryl chain into the streptomide part of kanamycin A molecule.
Amikacin disulfate salt Amikacin disulfate salt is commonly used as a white or white crystalline powder. Almost odorless, tasteless. It dissolves easily in water and is almost insoluble in methanol, acetone, or chloroform.
The antibacterial spectrum was similar to gentamicin, for e. coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, indole-negative and positive proteus, klebsiella, acinetobacter and citrate. And some strains of bacillus serratis and enterobacter have good antibacterial effect. It also has good antibacterial effect on tuberculosis bacillus, mycobacterium atypical and staphylococcus aureus. Other gram-positive cocci, anaerobic bacteria, rickettsia, fungi and viruses are not sensitive to this product. The enzyme resistance of Amikacin disulfate salt is sensitive to Amikacin disulfate salt when microorganisms are resistant to other aminoglycosides.
