Description:
Lomefloxacin hydrochloride is a common anti-inflammatory drug, which belongs to the synthetic quinolones. Lomefloxacin hydrochloride has the characteristics of wide antibacterial spectrum, long acting time, strong antibacterial effect and good clinical efficacy, and its inhibitory effect on drug-resistant staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and escherichia coli is 1-2 times that of ofloxacin and 2-4 times that of norfloxacin. In vitro studies showed that the antibacterial effect of lomefloxacin hydrochloride on gram-positive bacteria was stronger than enoxacin and similar to norfloxacin. The antibacterial effect on gram-negative bacteria was weaker than that of norfloxacin and ofloxacin, and was close to enoxacin, but the anti-infection effect in vivo was stronger than the above drugs.

The drug concentration in skin, muscle, liver, kidney, prostate, tonsil, saliva, tear and sputum was higher than that in blood. Except for brain tissue, the drug concentration in other tissues was similar to that in blood. Plasma half-life is 7 ~ 8h, serum protein binding rate is 20% ~ 30%, hardly metabolized. About 70% ~ 80% of blood drugs are excreted with urine in the original form within 48h, which can reduce the absorption of this product when taken together with drugs containing aluminum and magnesium.

Currently maintain hydrochloride has been widely applied in the treatment of sensitive strains caused by chronic bronchitis acute episodes, bronchiectasis (infection, acute bronchitis, pneumonia and other respiratory diseases, acute renal pelvis and renal class, complexity, urinary tract infection, acute urinary infection, acute and chronic prostatitis, simple urinary system infections such as gonorrhea, abdominal cavity, biliary tract, intestinal infection, etc. Lomefloxacin hydrochloride is also used in typhoid fever, skin and soft tissue bacterial infectious diseases such as folliculitis, abscess disease, furunculosis, trauma infection, secondary eczema infection, secondary foot blepharitis, paranasal sinusitis, otitis media, blepharitis, etc.
