Description:Neomycin sulfate was white or white-like powder. Odourless; Easy to get wet; It dissolves easily in water and is almost insoluble in ethanol, ether, acetone, or trichloromethane. Neomycin sulfate for 2 - deoxidation - 4 - O - (2, 6-2 amino - 2, 6-2 DNA - alpha - D - pyran glucose) - 5 - O - [3 - O - (2, 6-2 amino - 2, 6-2 DNA - beta - L - pyran do do fashion sugar-based) - beta - D - furan RNA base] - D - chain mildew amine sulfate. The titer of this product shall not be less than 650 neomycin units per 1mg of dried product.
Neomycin sulfate was added to dissolve and quantitatively diluted into a solution containing 20mg per 1ml, which was taken as the test solution. In addition, the new mildew amines were used as the reference, dissolved in water and diluted quantitatively to make a solution containing 0.4mg per 1ml as the reference solution. The color of the spots of neomycin in the test solution should not be darker than that of the main spots in the control solution.
