Tween 85 is an amber oily viscous liquid with a relative density of 1.00 ~ 1.05, a viscosity of 0.20 ~ 0.40 Pa·s (25℃), a flash point of 321℃, and an HLB value of 11.0. Soluble in canola oil, fibrinolytic acid, methanol, ethanol and other low carbon alcohol, aromatic solvent, ethyl acetate, most mineral oil, petroleum ether, acetone, dioxane hexacyclic, carbon tetrachloride, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, etc., dispersed in water.
Tween 85 is widely used in oil mining and transportation, medicine, cosmetics, paint pigments, textiles, food, pesticides, detergent production and metal surface corrosion inhibitor and cleaning agent production, as an emulsifier, softener, finishing agent, viscosity reducing agent.
Put 1 mol of spade-80 preheat into the reaction kettle, add the solution of sodium hydroxide with catalytic dose under stirring, stir, vacuum and dehydrate.
