Azodicarbonamide is used as a wheat flour treatment agent; a fast starter for baked goods. Safe and rapid oxidation of wheat flour can be accomplished at low levels to improve the physical properties of the dough and the desired structure of the high-gluten dough.
Azodicarbonamide is used as a flour treatment agent and can be used for wheat flour with a maximum usage of 0.045 g/kg.
Azodicarbonamide is a general-purpose foaming agent with a large amount of gas. Widely used in a variety of synthetic materials such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS, nylon-6 and neoprene, has not yet appeared with competitive products. In these applications, polyethylene is used in an amount of 25-30% and polyvinyl chloride is used in 15-20%.
Azodicarbonamide is widely used for the foaming of polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS resin and rubber.
