Meglumine enhances cAMP lipid solubility and enhances cAMP purity, allowing cAMP to exert maximum pharmacological effects. cAMP has positive inotropic effect, relaxes smooth muscle function, regulates second messenger function, and its pharmacological action is as follows:
1. Positive muscle strength: Meglumine is a non-digitalis cardiotonic drug, which can increase myocardial contractility and improve heart pumping function.
2. Dilation of blood vessels: dilate peripheral blood vessels and reduce the load before and after the heart.
3. Improve myocardial metabolism: reduce coronary resistance, increase myocardial oxygen supply, and improve oxygen utilization.
4. Inhibition of platelet activity: inhibition of thrombin-induced increase in platelet free calcium in humans, thereby inhibiting platelet activation and indirectly protecting cardiovascular effects.
5. Antiarrhythmic effect: delay the latency of adrenaline-induced arrhythmia, shorten the duration of arrhythmia, and reduce the incidence of ventricular fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia caused by calcium ions. Modulation of P cell function: Meglumine exerts a second messenger function, regulates P cell function, and has a cell growth promoting effect.
