1. Preparation of Zinc lactate by double decomposition method
13.0 g of calcium lactate (pentahydrate) and 12.1 g of zinc sulfate (seven water) were added to 100 mL of water, and the mixture was stirred and heated to reflux. After the completion of the reaction, the mixture was filtered while hot and washed with water to remove a calcium sulfate precipitate (light blue-white powder). The filtrate was a milky white translucent liquid, and white crystals were precipitated on cooling. Finally, it was filtered, washed with water, and dried to obtain a white powder (melting point 276-277 ° C) 8 g, yield 64%.

2, the neutralization method to prepare Zinc lactate
The zinc oxide powder is added to the finished lactic acid solution to heat and stir the reaction for 2 to 3 hours, and the reactant is cooled and crystallized, separated by filtration, washed with water several times, and then dried at 60 to 65 ° C to obtain a finished product. This method is simple in process, good in quality, but high in cost.

3. Lactic acid is obtained by fermentation of starch, and then reacted with zinc salt to obtain Zinc lactate.
